Title: Dr. Ms. Mr. Mrs. First Name:  (*) Last Name:  (*) Area Code & Phone #:  -   -   (*) Pick Your Team: Accounting/Financing Administrative Construction Curriculum Development Fund Development Health IT/Web Development Legal Marketing Prayer Strategy Click + for Team Descriptions + Accounting/Financing This team is to provide financial reports, budgets, analysis, and other financial tools to enhance the entire team’s decision making capability while enhancing accounting systems in target areas. + Administrative Responsible for various responsibilities for Project Eden team, including project management, administration, logistics, etc. + Construction The construction team plans and manages initiatives in the area of architecture, civil engineering and the like towards the building and assembling of infrastructure and housing developments. + Curriculum Development Exists to enhance the educational systems in targeted areas in order to identify and develop human and natural resources so they will increase its economic power and be transformed into sustaining competitors in the global market. + Fund Development Develop a sustainable portfolio of individual donors, implement capital campaigns, and develop an on-going donor relations program. + Health Health care teams manage the treatment and preservation of health through various services such as medical dental, pharmeceutical, nursing, laboratory sciences, along with training and development of medical staff in areas that PE services. + IT/Web Development Primary mission is to support the technical needs of the Project and implement technical infrastructures in target areas. + Legal This team has a mission to advance solid legal opinions for Project Eden team use, create a network of lawyers throughout the globe for the projects, and negotiate with primarily legal entities where required. + Marketing To develop and deliver integrated marketing communication strategies that promote the vision of Project Eden, position it in the hearts and minds of its audiences, and continually lead, support, launch and manage Project Eden efforts. + Prayer Exists primarily to offer dedicated prayer support for Project Eden, its beneficiaries and targeted areas. + Strategy Operate as an advisor, steering committee for Project Eden. Responsible for producing a road map for how this program would be phased in; coming up with an organizational structure; and being a resource to the other teams as needed.
